Career-long integration and training
The Caisse des Dépôts Group pays very close attention to the integration of newcomers.
The integration seminar and Group-wide ongoing training reinforce the shared strategic vision and knowledge of Group activities. They bring employees together and create harmony between job areas.
A Group integration seminar for newcomers furthers the integration of employees in each subsidiary and the Public Institution. Objective: raising awareness of the Group and developing the feeling of belonging. This seminar also features a knowledge update session so that everyone can update and deepen their knowledge of the Group.
Career-long training is a fundamental part of Group human resources policy. Learning is based on sharing practices, role plays, openness and setting an example. This teaching approach bears the hallmark of the Group: "creator of sustainable solutions".
Sustainable development: mobilise through sharing
Sustainable development is a strategic priority for the Group, and is dealt with in a very operational way in the integration seminar. A workshop is devoted to a project realised by the Group. Led by project sponsors, it stimulates discussion on the concrete and operational implementation of sustainable development in our job areas.
