The size and diversity of the Group favour geographical mobility.
To this end. awareness of the many job areas and on which operating premises they are located is developed. Today, more than 30,000 employees work in the different French regions: the Caisse des Dépôts Group offers professional opportunities which a smaller entity still cannot offer.
Developing and maintaining skills
Career paths, training, a tutorial system and internal mobility are some of the main instruments used to build skills. They are implemented in the different Group entities. Individualised actions facilitate development according to each individual situation.
For example, the Caisse des Dépôts Public Institution has established "mobility-training contracts", supports the extension of working life using the tutorial system and implements a skills sponsorship policy.
