The Caisse des Dépôts University
The Group has developed a unique managerial tool: the Caisse des Dépôts University. For ten years, this university has supported managers through changes in the Group.
A forum for discussion on and spreading of the values of the Caisse des Dépôts Group, it creates internal cohesion between managers. The University is also a tool for discovery and debate on management, focused on the capacity for change, innovation and creativity.
A new momentum
In order to support the Elan 2020 strategic plan, the Caisse des Dépôts University is open to a wide audience. It is therefore designed to receive all Group executives.
