In order to fulfil its many roles, Caisse des Dépôts calls on employees with a diverse range of statuses: state employees (executives or non-executives), private sector employees (specialist executives). It also makes sure that it makes space for students on apprenticeships. Finally, it ensures that it permanently employs handicapped workers as public sector employees.

Training contracts
At masters level, training contracts are offered, followed (if satisfactory candidates are available) by employment, mainly in the following fields:
- accounting,
- management auditing,
- project management,
- financial analysis, etc.
Depending on the requirements of the Public Institution, candidates may be taken on on public sector contracts (duration of three years renewable once) or as private sector employees, according to the type of position.
Permanent employment of disabled workers
In the framework of legal provisions implemented to reduce discrimination, any disabled worker, selected by job interview, may become a state employee after a year-long first working contract with possible modification of their workspace. This decision is made by an internal jury appointed to evaluate the professional aptitude of the candidate on the basis of an interview and the views of their supervisor during their first year. Caisse des Dépôts is then committed to ensuring that this group of employees has the same opportunities to access training and mobility/promotion as all employees.
