Caisse des Dépôts recruits 4 young people via the PACTE

Caisse des Dépôts recruits in 2012 four young people via the Parcours d’Accès aux Carrières de la fonction publique Territoriale, hospitalière et de l’Etat (Progamme of Access to the Careers of the territorial, hospital, State, public service (PACTE), for the access to the rank of 2nd class administrative assistant (category C).
The PACTE is intended for young people from 16 to 25 years of age, who have left the school system with little or no qualification, and without their secondary school diploma (baccalauréat). It allows for recruiting into the ranks of the category C jobs within the Civil service, with the aim of a permanent position after a training programme lasting from 1 to 2 years and leading to a qualification, certification or diploma.
