CDC Arkhinéo: 120 million documents stored in 2011
Digital technology - 06 February 2012
CDC Arkhinéo, a confidence third party electronic storage provider and a subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts, shows a very positive 2011 balance sheet, with figures in constant progress. The company filed 120 million documents in 2011, compared to 90 millions in 2010.
Invoices, payslips, loan agreements, employment agreements, e-mails, time stamp tokens and proof files: 360 million documents have been archived in 8 years.
CDC Arkhinéo has 100 direct customers and several hundred via its partners.
CDC Arkhinéo’s electronic safe guarantees lasting document storage, eliminates risks of loss, modification or falsification and ensures total confidentiality thanks to a set of processing operations applied to documents and the introduction of electronic signature.
Document dematerialisation is an important issue for companies. It enables:
- gains in productivity thanks to immediate access to electronic documents;
- an environmentally responsible policy (3,000 tonnes of paper saved in 2011);
- improved working conditions with far fewer manual operations.
CDC Arkhinéo now archives the digital data of customers such as AchatPublic.com, Auchan France, Carrefour France, CDC Fast, CertEurope, Certicorps, Coface, Extelia (Conseil Supérieur de l’Ordre des Experts comptables, Chambre Nationale des Huissiers de Justice), Faurecia, Finaref, Gemalto, Informatique CDC, Keynectis (more than 90 finance companies including Crédit Agricole SA, Finaref and Monabanq), Orange Business Services, Pepsico and TDF.
