On 23 May, the Strategic investment Fund (FSI), a future entity of bpifrance, announced its support to the initial public offering of Constellium. It will increase its stake in the capital of the Group up to 12.5% against 9.4% previously, for an about €50mn investment.
On 22 May, CDC Climat and Innovacom, via its seed fund technocom2, announced their
participation in the capital of G2mobility to reinforce its commercial development in France and abroad, and to complete its team of specialists developers.
By appealing to CDC Biodiversité, a Caisse des Dépôts subsidiary, A' Liénor, a subsidiary of Eiffage and sanef, achieved within the time limits allowed the compensatory measures for the highway A65 Langon-Pau, the most important ecological compensation ever made in France.
