These funds invest in companies with strong potential in the eco-industry and eco-energy sectors in France and in Europe. Emertec 4 invests in start-up companies with strong potential which develop innovations originating from the large French and European research laboratories, in the fields of energy, environment and mobility.- Emertec Energie Environnement (3E) is a fund dedicated to financing young innovative companies with a strong development potential in the energy and environment sectors.
Support and guidance: a priority
Beyond its role as a finance provider, the France Investissement programme gives priority to supporting and guiding companies. The objective is to make their development secure and durable, to educate them about the issue of sustainable development, to fight against laundering, and to encourage the integration of new technologies and the opening up to foreign markets.
This programme of guidance and support aims to encourage companies to integrate innovation, opening up to the international market, and sustainable development into their global strategy.
The first practical action proposed within the framework of France Investissement consists of:
- giving the companies free access to an instrument which measures their carbon footprint,
- encouraging them to draw up emission reduction plans.
Businesses will soon be granted special access to diagnostic tools so that they can accurately evaluate their position in terms of sustainable development.
