21 May 2013Indian Ocean: 1st University of the notary's practice

The 1st University of the notary's practice in Indian Ocean (Unoi) was held on 23 and 24 April in Tananarive (Madagascar) in the presence of Jean-Paul Decorps, President of the International Union of the Latin Notary's Practice (UINL) with the support of ELAN-CDC-Régions, run locally by the Caisse des Dépôts Indian Ocean regional management body.
