The business of the bank customer management is divided into 4 main missions:
- Banker to the public judicial system: Caisse des Dépôts provides specialist banking services for third-party funds handled by authorised legal professionals. It ensures the deposit service and works to financially protect vulnerable people protected by the law.
- Banker to the social security scheme: Caisse des Dépôts ensures, on behalf of the Central Agency for Social Security Organisations (ACOSS), essential banking services for the cash management performance of the general social security scheme. It also offers social security bodies suitable services, like processing their mass cash flows.
- Banker to institutional customers: Caisse des Dépôts provides account management and payment method services to institutional customers in the general interest: social housing bodies, local public companies, foundations, associations, etc.
- Public agent and trustee: Caisse des Dépôts ensures banking management, administrative and financial services, within the framework of mandates granted by the French state and is developing a trustee business, a natural continuation from its quality as a trusted third-party.
