On 23 June, Thierry Ravot, the Regional Director for Caisse des Dépôts, Max Aïra, Chairman of Edenis, Gérard Barbier, the Executive Managing Director of Edenis, and Pierre Cabrol, the Managing Director of Midi Foncière, signed a partnership agreement to develop the property offer for elderly people in LRMP Region through a fund dedicated to developing accommodation solutions for the elderly.

 

 

Supporting projects in Portes de Gascogne area

On 23 June, Marc Abadie, the Caisse des Dépôts’ Network and Local Development Director, and Raymond Vall, the Chairman of Portes de Gascogne area, the Mayor of Fleurance, and the Senator for Gers département, signed a partnership agreement for economic development, solidarity, and ecological transition. In particular, Caisse des Dépôts has committed to producing a property offer tailored to receiving new businesses in the territory, promoting personal microcredit and the Nacre arrangement (Nouvel Accompagnement à la Création ou à la Reprise d’Entreprise – Fresh Support for Setting Up or Buying Out a Business), and taking part in thermal renovation of social housing stock.

 

 

€7.6mn for projects in La Domitienne Community of Communes

On 24 June, Thierry Ravot, the Caisse des Dépôts’ Regional Director, and Alain Caralp, the Chairman of La Domitienne Community of Communes, signed a loan on savings funds of €7.6mn for projects that are part of La Domitienne Community of Communes’ multiyear investment programme. The projects cover drinking-water and sanitation infrastructures, roads and public areas, building social housing, infrastructures for recycling waste, and constructing public buildings.
