After 19 months of construction work, the 2,100 m² office building occupying a former service station is ready to welcome its new tenants, the regional back-office teams of Pôle Emploi, from the beginning of June.

The operation, conducted by SAS Adeo Bellevue, in which Caisse des Dépôts holds a 40% stake alongside semi-public company Loire-Océan Développement (LOD), is part of plans for the economic development of the ANRU district to provide business premises. It will complement the 3,250 m² trades court (Le Galilée), only a few metres away, which for the past 15 months has been home to a number of trades and micro-enterprises occupying workshops and modular office units of between 55 and 310 m².

The two real estate projects represent an investment of €7.4mn before VAT, partly financed by two urban renewal loans (PRU) totalling €2.6mn. Caisse des Dépôts has provided equity financing of €560,000.
