Located on rue des Lavandières, rue des Bateliers and rue Simone Veil in Saint-Ouen, the real estate complex will develop 35,200 m² of office space and 330 parking spaces. It will comprise spacious green areas, not least a garden at the heart of the central island measuring around 1,400 m².
