CDC Investissement Immobilier acquires 176 housing units in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine

CDC Investissement Immobilier has just acquired, on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts, a building comprising 176 housing units to be developed as a forward funding in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93). The program, designed and developed by BNP Paribas Real Estate, is expected to be delivered in the second quarter of 2024.

CDC Investissement Immobilier takes delivery of 85 rue Petit in Paris’ 19th district.

Emerige delivers 75 housing units to CDC Investissement Immobilier at «85 rue Petit» in Paris’ 19th district. Located in the immediate vicinity shops and the Metro station «Porte de Pantin», the program develops about 5,000 sqm and includes accommodation ranging from Studios to 4-rooms apartments served by passageways. It was acquired in forward funding by CDC Investissement Immobilier in December 2018. This delivery was the occasion to complete the first operation between the two parties, the first of a long series.

Acquisition by CDC Investissement Immobilier of Métal 57

At the end of December 2019, BNP Paribas Real Estate sold Métal 57, its future headquarter located in Boulogne-Billancourt, to a joint-venture formed by CDC Investissement Immobilier, acting on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts and Crédit Mutuel Insurances . BNP Paribas Real Estate will lease all 37,000 sqm from delivery planned in 2022
