CDC Investissement Immobilier enters the Nordics with a core residential investment in Copenhagen

CDC Investissement Immobilier, on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts, has successfully entered the Nordics by acquiring from Bellakvarter A/S two residential complexes totaling 13,400 sqm and 182 units located in urban Copenhagen.
The properties, namely "Mørchs Hus" and "Strunges Hus," are situated in the "Bella kvarter" area and were completed in 2022 and 2023. They are rated EPC A2020, the top local level, and are certified DGNB Gold.
Fokus Nordic assisted CDC Investissement Immobilier with this off-market acquisition and will manage the assets.

CDC Investissement Immobilier has acquired the "CORTIS" office building on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts.
To be deliverd in 2021, this new 8,160 sq. metre building offers customised modular workspaces and a large number of accessible green outdoor areas (balconies, terraces, rooftops). Its design meets stringent environmental requirements: the building has been awarded HQE Exceptionnel, E2C1, Effinergie 2017, BREEAM Excellent and Wired Score Platinum certifications.
Harmony building

CDC Investissement Immobilier is please to announce that MORNING has taken over last July a 3,500 sq. metre lease on Harmony building in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93), joining EPSON, in order set up its head offices in the building.
MORNING, a specialist in workspaces, will also be responsible for the operational management of the building and will be in charge of all Harmony's services, including the lobby, reception, full catering service, events in the space and sports facilities.

CDC Investissement Immobilier, on behalf of French Caisse des Dépôts, and FOM Real Estate have recently signed, in a joint venture (CDC 90% / FOM Real Estate 10%), the acquisition of an office building located in the centre of Munich. The transfer of ownership should take place before summer 2023.
It is a building of approximately 4,500 sqm located along Sonnenstrasse, the boulevard along Munich's old town, close to the transport hubs of Sendlinger Tor, Karlsplatz and the main train station.

Located in the immediate vicinity shops and the Metro station «Porte de Pantin», the program develops about 5,000 sqm and includes accommodation ranging from Studios to 4-rooms apartments served by passageways. It was acquired in forward funding by CDC Investissement Immobilier in December 2018. This delivery was the occasion to complete the first operation between the two parties, the first of a long series.
