The City of Évreux, CCAS and Caisse des écoles involved beside FIPHFP

On 27 April, Guy Lefrand, the Mayor of Évreux, the President of Grand Évreux Agglomération, Jean-Charles Watiez, the Director of Public institution FIPHFP, and Éric Dubertrand, the Caisse des Dépôts Haute-Normandie Regional Manager, the administrator of the FIPHFP, signed an agreement in favor of the employment of disabled people.

Medical-social sector and solidarity

This initial three-year agreement enables the City of Évreux, the municipal social services department (CCAS) and the UCP (Caisse des Ecoles) to formalise their commitment and step up their actions to promote the employment of disabled people, thanks to total funding of €314,910 from the Fund for the Insertion of the Disabled in the Public Service (FIPHFP).

Over the life of the agreement, the three partners plan to:

  • recruit 9 disabled agents, including 3 apprentices;
  • maintain 33 disabled people in employment.

This active policy step will also take the three authorities to an average disabled employment rate of 7.50% by the end of the agreement, 1.5 points above the legally required threshold.
