Digital trust: CDC Arkhinéo, the first French player to get the dual eIDAS qualification

CDC Arkhineo has got the qualification by ANSSI* for its solutions for the conservation and validation of stamps and electronic signatures within the framework of eIDAS, the European regulation on electronic signatures and its uses for administrations and local authorities. CDC Arkhineo is the first and only French company to have obtained this certification.

CDC Arkhinéo, 100% subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts and a trusted third-party archiver, is the 1st company recognised as a Qualified trusted service provider (Prestataire de services de confiance qualifié, PSCQ) under eIDAS on the European trusted list. Having entered into force in 2016, the purpose of this regulation is to strengthen trust in electronic transactions at European scale. Thanks to this recognition, CDC Arkhinéo's additional services for qualified electronic signatures are valid in all the countries of the European Union. The company will therefore contribute towards the development of trusted digital solutions at European level.
