Recreational facility manager

Our Operations Managers are direct assistants to the Site Managers

They provide daily management of the site and its activities: reception, ticket office, etc. They manage the teams (permanent or seasonal employees), organise their work and make sure that safety standards and working conditions are respected.
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction, they monitor the quality of the services provided. They manage the operational budget, carry out reporting and monitor the progression of sales and the site’s profitability.

With a high level of education, they generally have operational management experience in a tourism or leisure body, and have a good command of English and another language (Dutch, German, Italian, etc.)

Accomplished managers, they bring together initiative, rigor and a sense of results.
