On 10 December Compagnie des Alpes (CDA), in which Caisse des Dépôts holds a 40% stake, published a record net attributable income of €62.2mn. Sales also increased 1 to €854m. A performance driven by a good season in the ski areas and a very dynamic activity in the leisure destinations.
On 20 March, Compagnie des Alpes announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Familypark, Austria's leading leisure park, for an enterprise value of €72.5mn. It is a high-quality regional park, with infrastructures and facilities that match the requirements of Compagnie des Alpes.

On 25 October in Poitiers Banque des Territoires Occitanie was inaugurated at Parc du Futuroscope by Olivier Sichel, CEO of Banque des Territoires and Deputy CEO of Caisse des Dépôts, in the presence of many clients and representatives of the French State in Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
Compagnie des Alpes consolidated revenue for 2017/2018 amounted to €801.2mn, up 6% on a restated basis and 3.1% on a like-for-like basis*, thanks in particular to increased traffic in its ski areas and amusement parks.
Compagnie des Alpes Group’s consolidated sales for 2014/2015 financial year reached €695.9mn, up by 5% on a comparable scope basis versus the previous financial year. The three Group’s divisions (Ski Areas, Leisure Destinations, International Development) contributed to the performance.
On 8 January, Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) sold the Dolfinarium park set in Harderwijk in the Netherlands and will sell the Walibi Sud-Ouest park, near Agen, to Continental Leisure Projects SARL, a company linked with Aspro group by the end of January (the project has just received a positive opinion from the employee representative bodies).
