CDC Investissement Immobilier acquired a 88-unit apartment building in a rapidly changing district of 19th arrondissement of Paris on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts. The building, scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2020, will be highly energy-efficient.
On 6 February, Banque des Territoires and Acqua Publica signed a €4.28mn 60-year Aqua loan that will enable the water authority to carry out major operations such as the renewal of the Bastia tunnel pipeline or the Hauts de Toga drinking water supply.
Three new tunnel boring machines have just been inaugurated on 5 February: Bantan and Inès, which will dig the future line 16 of the Greater Paris metro, and Dorine, line 17. Egis is in charge of the complete project management of the infrastructure (with Tractebel) and systems (with Setec) for the future line 16. On line 17, Egis is the project manager with Setec for the system part.
On 29 January, Banque des Territoires granted a €5.8mn loan to SAS Immobilière Charente to enable Angoulême to buy 16 real estate assets in the city centre. This is the Banque des Territoires' 1,000th commitment to the national Action Cœur de ville programme.

On 20 January in downtown Caen Domitys Les Robes d'Airain elderly services residence was inaugurated. Co-promoted by the Icade 1 and Ægide groups, it belongs to Priam Patrimoine, in which Banque des Territoires is a shareholder. An investment that is part of its action in favour of more inclusive regions.
Two major signings in favour of the energy and ecological transition (TEE) in Pays de la Loire on 17 January: on the one hand, for the creation of the local semi-public company (SEML) Mauges Energies, and on the other hand, the Cordemais power station and the Loire Estuary Pact for the ecological and industrial transition.
On 17 December CDC Habitat signed its first agreement for project management assistance to a degraded condominium in Grigny (Essonne) in an emergency situation. Located in the Grigny 2 neighborhood, the condominium is one of 14 national places identified as priorities under the national Condominium Initiative plan.
