On 6 November, CDC Habitat announced its acquisition of a 40% stake in the capital of Société d'économie mixte immobilière de Vichy (Semiv). This new partnership will enable Semiv to invest €70mn to increase the supply of social housing units in Vichy and revitalise its city centre by 2030.
Gaz Electricité de Grenoble (GEG) and Banque des Territoires signed an investment protocol on 23 October, under which Banque des Territoires will contribute up to an additional €9.25mn to help GEG ENeR carry out its renewable energy projects.
On 15 October, Foncière Habitat Humanisme (FHH) and Banque des Territoires renewed the three-year agreement that had bound them since 2016. Banque des Territoires thus supports an actor that works, on a national scale, to buy, build and renovate housing for destituted people.
On 2 July, Transpolis, the first " scale 1 real fake city " in France, was inaugurated in Saint Maurice de Remens, in the Ain département. Banque des Territoires is participating in SAS Transpolis' €1.4mn capital increase and is thus helping to structure the financing of this facility.
On 9 July, the foundation stone of the Urban Logistics Hotel (French acronym: HLU) was laid in Port Edouard Herriot in Lyon. Banque des Territoires, alongside Lyon Parc Auto, Poste Immo and SERL, is part of the consortium that won the call for projects launched by Compagnie nationale du Rhône (CNR) for the construction of the HLU.
The first stone of the Chambéry hydrogen station was laid on 24 June* after the joint investment of Banque des Territoires and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, in Hympulsion with a 49% stake. The objective: to deploy France's largest renewable hydrogen mobility project, Zero Emission Valley (ZEV).
On 14 June, Compagnie nationale du Rhône (CNR) inaugurated the small hydroelectric power plant and the fish pass in Loriol-sur-Drôme, and the industrial and river site in Le Pouzin. These three projects, which have been awarded the Plan Rhône label, are part of the energy and ecological transition plan supported by France and Europe.
On 26 April, Banque des Territoires Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes signed a protocol with Club Med for the construction of a tourist property complex in Montvalezan-La Rosière: a total investment of about €107mn, initially pre-financed up to €30mn in equity and quasi-equity by Banque des Territoires.
