During her journey in La Réunion Island on 31 January and 1 February, Gisèle Rossat-Mignod, Director of the Banque des Territoires network, signed a loan agreement for the construction of an urban cable car in Saint-Denis and two agreements with SIDR, La Réunion Island's main social landlord.
On 16 December, the public service delegation (DSP) concerning the two harbours in Antibes, Port Vauban and Port Gallice, was awarded to Artémis grouping made up of Caisse des Dépôts, the Nice Côte d'Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and Caisses d’Epargne Côte d'Azur (Cecaz).

On 1st March, Syndicat mixte des transports urbains du Grand Nouméa (SMTU) and Caisse des Dépôts signed a €73mn loan agreement on savings funds for partial financing of the first stage of Néobus project, the separate bus lane to connect the city center of Nouméa to the Médipôle in Dumbéa in 2019.
On 7 and 8 December, Caisse des Dépôts granted the first two loans half funded via the €2bn funding line with EIB: €500,000 for the creation of an inter-communal water-treatment plant in La Sauvetat and €4,417,000 for the extension and the rehabilitation of a school in Bois-Colombes.
