CDC Investissement Immobilier acquired a 88-unit apartment building in a rapidly changing district of 19th arrondissement of Paris on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts. The building, scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2020, will be highly energy-efficient.

On 17 December CDC Habitat signed its first agreement for project management assistance to a degraded condominium in Grigny (Essonne) in an emergency situation. Located in the Grigny 2 neighborhood, the condominium is one of 14 national places identified as priorities under the national Condominium Initiative plan.

On 10 December, the first tree was planted in Arsenal district. A former top place for civil and military industry, the 17-hectare Eco-district is part of Greater Paris. Icade will carry out the Naturessence programme, which will include 191 housing units, 44 of which will be intermediate and 21 social rental units.

Icade is accelerating the international development of its healthcare property, Icade Santé, with a first acquisition in Germany for a total of €266mn. The transaction involves 19 nursing homes for the elderly located in eight German regions.
