A future civil and military hospital complex near Bordeaux, two high service level bus lines in the Angoulême conurbation: two examples of regional development projects financed by Banque des Territoires for €18mn and €8mn respectively.
On 2 February The Etablissement d'hébergement pour personnes âgées dépendantes (Ehpad) of Chamboulive in Corrèze was inaugurated after renovation works. The cost of these works amounted to €1.8mn, of which the municipality financed €1.15mn via a loan on savings funds from Caisse des Dépôts.
New Ehpad* Les Châtaigniers was inaugurated on 8 April in Chauvigny in Vienne département. Caisse des Dépôts participated in the financing of this project by loans on savings funds for more than €10mn on a total cost of €16.6mn.
On 16 February, the hospital center of Brive-la-Gaillarde and Caisse des Dépôts signed a loan agreement on savings funds (EIB budget) amounting to €2.5mn with a fixed rate (1.36%) and a 15 year duration, which will allow to finance the extension of the hospital center.
On 21 December, Ségolène Royal, the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, laid the foundation stone of the future Nord Deux-Sèvres hospital to open in 2018. On a global investment of €90.128mn, the project is €27,2mn financed by a loan on savings funds from Caisse des Dépôts.
On 19 October, Alain Juppé, the Mayor of Bordeaux, and Anne Fontagnères, the Caisse des Dépôts Aquitaine Regional Manager, signed the partnership agreement for Bordeaux Générations Seniors which formalizes the common actions and means provided to Bordeaux elderly.
The laying of the foundation stone of the new Libourne hospital took place on 24 September. This project is supported by the Caisse des Dépôts Group in project management (Icade), direct financing (a €72.6mn loan on savings funds) and the co-financing facilitation (a €72.6mn loan from the European Investment Bank within the framework of the Caisse des Dépôts-EIB partnership).
