On 3 March in Viriat an intergenerational residence labelled Habitat Intégré Service Solidaire Regroupé (Haissor) was inaugurated. It consists of 16 apartments, including 7 classic apartments for young families and 9 adapted for the elderly. Caisse des Dépôts supported this project with a loan of €1,281,000.
Caisse des Dépôts supports the development of Languedoc-Roussillon Midi-Pyrénées (LRMP) region accompanying the projects of the public players in favor of the economic development, and the ecological, demographic and social transitions.
On 15 April Adoma inaugurated its Michel Bizot social residence in Paris, which offers 92 furnished and equipped one-room apartments for young workers. The residence completes the integration by housing measure and meets the needs of a young workers public not able to access housing in the standard housing stock.
The Caisse des Dépôts Group participates in the creation of Arpavie associative group, which will manage 127 residences for the elderly and will develop its activities on housing and support for the self-sustaining and dependent elderly.
On 30 November, Icade presented its three-year five-track strategic plan: finding an exit solution for the Services business, a better profitability of the Property development activities, the optimization of the Business Parks portfolio, the improvement of the Offices’ profitability and the reinforcement of the leadership of the Healthcare business.
On 20 November, Caisse des Dépôts and RRP (Groupe Solendi/Action Logement) signed, on savings funds from Caisse des Dépôts, for period 2015-2019, a €65mn multiannual agreement to fund middle income housing (LLI) in Ile-de-France.
On 19 October, Alain Juppé, the Mayor of Bordeaux, and Anne Fontagnères, the Caisse des Dépôts Aquitaine Regional Manager, signed the partnership agreement for Bordeaux Générations Seniors which formalizes the common actions and means provided to Bordeaux elderly.
On 4 March, Laurence Rossignol, the Secretary of State in charge of Family, the Elderly and Autonomy, and Pierre-René Lemas, the Caisse des Dépôts CEO, signed an agreement whereby Caisse des Dépôts is committed to develop its action on the challenges connected to ageing.
