- the coalition(s) you wish to join
- your executive sponsor (name, role)
- your operational contact (name, role, email)
- your engagement level: Observer / Contributor / Lead
Everything is modifiable afterwards. The form is a starting point, not a contract. Feel free to forward this call to anyone who might be interested.
Who is leading?
The programme is led by Aymeril Hoang, Program Director, reporting to Patrick Laurens-Frings, CDC Group CIO, and Catherine Mayenobe, Group Deputy CEO. The core team — notably Yaël Azoulay, Corneliu Malciu and Hugues de Maussion — operates in close coordination with other CDC expert teams and with the Digital Resilience Index.
The programme core team also works closely with DINUM (France), TOSIT and the major European CIO associations, including Cigref (FR), Voice (DE), CIO Platform (NL), Beltug (BE), as well as European open source organisations and foundations.
No formal partnership or cooperation agreement exists between Caisse des Dépôts and these entities regarding the EuroCommons programme.
