Euronext has launched IPOgo, a new stock market listing program designed to simplify the process for SMEs to list on its Euronext Growth market. This initiative aligns with the European Union’s goals of reconnecting savings with SME financing needs and is made possible by the EU Listing Act.
Euronext Growth is a Euronext market that:
- Lists over 550 growing SMEs and mid-cap companies across Europe;
- Represents approximately €40bn in market capitalization;
- Benefits from a network of over 600 institutional investors across 29 countries;
- Offers SMEs broad and sustainable access to capital.
However, many growing SMEs still lack access to financial markets. To address this, IPOgo simplifies and accelerates their stock market entry through three key levers:
- Simplified admission documentation;
- End-to-end digital execution to reduce the admission timeline;
- Increased participation of retail investors in IPOs, up to 100% for companies seeking to raise up to €12mn.
Ultimately, Euronext Growth aims to enable listed companies to transition to the main Euronext market.
