Euroclear completes the acquisition of 90% of Inversis' share capital

This transaction strengthens Euroclear FundsPlace® and extends Euroclear's presence in Southern Europe. Euroclear FundsPlace manages €4.6 trillion, brings together more than 3,000 distributors and 2,500 asset managers worldwide, and provides access to approximately 250,000 funds.
This transaction is an important milestone in the execution of our funds strategy. Inversis brings a strong local franchise, trusted client relationships and highly complementary capabilities.
