Euroclear launched an issuance of unsecured senior fixed-rate bonds¹ for a total amount of €600mn, at an interest rate of 4.125% and maturing in 2036. This transaction marks Euroclear's return to public debt markets and represents the first issuance by Euroclear Holding SA/NV².

The transaction was a success: it generated an order book, driven mainly by asset managers and insurance and/or pension funds, of more than €2bn, representing over 3.3 times the final issuance amount.

The net proceeds of the issuance will finance Euroclear's ongoing operations and strengthen the Group's resilience capacity.

As a reminder, Caisse des Dépôts holds an 11.41% stake in Euroclear³.
