CDC Investissement Immobilier invests in London for the first time

CDC Investissement Immobilier Immobilier et logement

CDC Investissement Immobilier (CDC II) is investing for the first time in London with the purchase, in joint-venture with Royal London Asset Management (RLAM), of an office building located on the northern edge of the City. CDC II wants to build up a long-term portfolio in London.

RLAM will manage the asset on behalf of the 50-50 joint-venture.

The modern building was built in 2001 and is home to the NGO Save the Children in an 8,300m2 space.

We are delighted to be completing our first deal in London, a key market in our recent international development strategy, in a joint-venture with an investor partner such as Royal London. This building is representative of our property strategy: human-sized, with strong features and located on a major transport hub in a dynamic mixed-use area in the centre of a major metropolis.
