The simplified tender offer filed by La Banque Postale for CNP Assurances shares was declared compliant by Autorité des Marchés Financiers. The Offer will be open from 2 May to 31 May 2022 (inclusive).
La Banque Postale intends to implement a mandatory squeeze-out procedure in the event that the minority shareholders do not hold more than 10% of the share capital and voting rights following the simplified tender offer.
