CDC Investissement Immobilier has just acquired two new residential buildings in Copenhagen on behalf of Caisse des Dépôts. Located in the Bella Kvarter district, these buildings, totalling 13,400 m² and 182 apartments, were delivered in 2022 and 2023.
Both buildings are rated at the highest level of the local equivalent of the French Energy Performance Diagnostic (DPE) and are DGNB Gold certified.
We are enthusiastic about our inaugural investment in Copenhagen and appreciate the quality and environmental performance of these 2 assets. The biggest Nordic cities are a key market in our panEuropean residential strategy and we look forward to developing our portfolio there.
